How information is used
The form collects your name, contact details and a brief description to receive and handle your enquiry. Do not submit ID numbers, bank details or full case files.

Receipt and retention
When enabled on the live site, enquiries are received by the website server and sent to Mr. Yin’s designated mailbox. The website does not retain a separate copy. Emails are managed by Mr. Yin for handling enquiries.
